The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description, for all Federal agencies.
Scope. This commercial item description covers one and two ply toilet tissues in roll form.
1. Classification.
Type
1- 1-ply toilet tissue
2-2-ply toilet tissue
3-3-ply, unbleached toilet tissue
2. Salient Characteristics. Toilet tissues shall be wound evenly on a round paperboard core, made from fibrous, cellulosic material (see 5) and meet the requirements of Table 1, below.
