COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
NAPKIN, PAPER, COCKTAIL
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial
item description, for all Federal Agencies.
1. SCOPE. This Commercial Item Description covers
white, three-ply, quarter-folded, paper cocktail napkins printed in gold ink
with the Great Seal.
2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS.
2.1 Material. Napkins furnished under this description shall be white,
soft, facial tissue quality.
2.2 The napkins shall be clean and free of holes, tears, wrinkles, dirt or
foreign particles that adversely affect appearance or serviceability. There
shall be no visible clumps of undispersed fibers or thin looking areas in the
napkin. The napkins shall be square cut with clean, smooth edges without
raggedness.
