COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
COVER, TOILET SEAT, PAPER
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description for all federal agencies.
1. SCOPE. This description covers white, single ply, disposable paper covers for use as protection on public toilet seats.
2. CLASSIFICATION. The disposable paper seat covers shall be furnished in the following types:
Type I- quarter folded
Type II- half folded
3. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS.
A. The disposable paper seat covers shall be an unsized tissue and shall contain no wet-strength additives.
B. The sizes for Type I and 2 shall be listed in Table I below.
